What you will do

• Assess and analyze claim files using clinical expertise in behavioral health to deliver objective, evidence-based recommendations.
• Communicate complex psychological and psychiatric issues clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with mental health providers and claimants to clarify diagnoses, treatment plans, and return-to-work expectations.
• Provide consultation and education to non-clinical staff to improve the management of mental health claims.
• Identify and obtain necessary behavioral health documentation for accurate functional assessments.
• Manage case activities and reviews with urgency, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC) required.
• Must be based in Minnesota, United States.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
