What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Social Workers and Registered Dietitians to maintain a productive workforce.
• Monitor and balance the workflow of the interdisciplinary virtual clinical care team to meet patient demand.
• Set and monitor performance goals for clinicians, ensuring alignment with program objectives and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to optimize clinical processes and enhance efficiency and care quality.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of clinician calls to ensure adherence to clinical standards and empathy.
• Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of new clinical staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Registered Dietitian credential.
• Current state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Experience in renal care, chronic disease management, or related clinical care management.
• Proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft tools.
