What you will do

• Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a diverse caseload ranging from mild to complex mental health needs.
• Utilize the Lyra platform for client matching and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinical consultations team for rapid support.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD).
• Full-time residency in the United States.
• Possession of office space for in-person client visits in the Utah area.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary actions.
