What you will do

  • Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master's level providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Foster a clinical culture of transparency and accountability while maintaining rigorous performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to align clinician schedules with patient needs and manage availability.
  • Lead process optimization to enhance clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and NPS benchmarks.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and lead new patient intake appointments.
  • Facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, ASD, and anxiety.

Requirements

  • Active CA license (Licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD/PsyD or Master's-level clinician LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • 7+ years of post-licensure experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality.
  • Proven experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment.
  • Track record of solving operational challenges in behavioral health or clinical settings.
  • Ability to work in a secure, remote environment.
