Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound strategic business development to find potential customers and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing activities (webinars, events, ads) to create qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Pre-Sales to master product training and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Source contacts using platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.
  • Maintain daily activity tracking within Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Participate in 1:1s with managers and weekly team discussions to improve business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent education.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Prior experience in business development and prospecting, including cold calling and outbound emailing.
  • Proficiency in applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate work and improve quality.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong time management skills.
