What you will do
- Own and respond to a high volume of inbound leads, delivering rapid follow-up and a best-in-class prospect experience.
- Qualify inbound interest through structured discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and buying intent.
- Convert engagement into Qualified Sales Opportunities and ensure seamless lead handoff to Account Executives.
- Leverage intent data and account research to prioritize activity and tailor engagement for the Corporate segment.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for meetings held, opportunity creation, and overall pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of BDR/SDR experience in a software company.
- B.A./B.S. degree.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and corporate productivity tools (Google Docs, MS Office, Outreach, Zoominfo).
- Strong phone, presentation, objection handling, and writing skills.
