What you will do
- Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads through needs analysis and fit evaluation for products.
- Communicate value proposition and schedule meetings/demos for sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate on lead generation strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SDR or similar role, preferably in software/data/credit/risk industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools
- Understanding of AI applications in business and prior lead generation experience
- Comfortable with cold calling, resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented
