Location: Hybrid (Lehi, UT office)

What you will do

  • Identify Tier 1 accounts and execute personalized multichannel outreach via social media, email, and phone.
  • Conduct in-depth research to build organizational charts and deliver tailored value propositions to target prospects.
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Channel Managers to develop and execute territory growth plans.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and position the company's value proposition.
  • Report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and KPIs to optimize overall sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS domain.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically as an SDR or BDR.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Proven track record of prospecting at multiple executive levels within target organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Must be able to work from the Lehi, UT office on a hybrid basis.
