What you will do

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers to ensure timely and successful deployment.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Sales to design implementation plans tailored to customer goals.
• Provide hands-on support during platform setup, configuration, and initial training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation to resolve issues promptly.
• Document implementation steps and create knowledge base articles to improve internal processes.
• Work with existing customers to integrate products and features to improve loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Must be located in São Paulo, Brazil.
