Customer Success Assistant (Disclosure Services)

Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo; must live within a commutable distance of the office (2 days per week in-office)

Salary: R$46,800 - R$58,510 annually

What you will do

• Create content and materials for webinars, events, and customer calls using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Support the tracking and management of key regional team metrics and performance data.
• Maintain and update team databases and data records.
• Provide operational support to Account Managers and the Regional Head of Disclosure.
• Respond to external queries via the team inbox and manage select Reporter Services accounts.
• Contribute to global working group initiatives to streamline internal processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo or within commutable distance.
• English: Proficiency required (CV must be uploaded in English).
• Experience in creating presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to provide efficient administrative and operational support.
• Strong communication skills for handling external customer queries.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
