What you will do

• Onboard new Shopify brands or manage ongoing relationships depending on your track
• Troubleshoot technical issues including API calls, custom JavaScript, and integration errors
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to flag patterns and suggest product improvements
• Collaborate with the engineering team when issues require escalation
• Document solutions and build resources to reduce repeat questions
• Help shape the customer success culture as the team grows

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical CSM, or implementation
• Comfortable reading and writing basic code including JavaScript and API calls
• Excellent written English proficiency
• Startup mindset with a self-directed approach to managing a book of business

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce SaaS platforms
