What you will do

  • Handle guest inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve booking-related issues, including cancellations and payment concerns.

  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries efficiently using internal booking platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
