What you will do

• Define developer personas and prioritize key use cases for building with hirify.global.
• Drive developer activation through messaging, demos, and content in partnership with Docs, DevRel, and Growth teams.
• Craft and own clear, consistent developer messaging across DevHub, landing pages, campaigns, and docs.
• Build demos, examples, and walkthroughs for core workflows and present them in webinars or events.
• Optimize developer acquisition surfaces like signup flows with Growth and Web teams.
• Track activation, usage, and revenue to scale high-impact use cases and improve developer experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in product marketing, developer marketing, technical marketing, growth, or product roles, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt tools, with interest in APIs, infrastructure, or AI applications.
• Product and growth mindset to connect messaging to outcomes like activation and revenue.
• Analytical skills using data and feedback to iterate on content and performance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, or developer-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, search, or developer infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems or modern developer workflows.
• Working with Developer Relations, documentation, or technical content teams.
