What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers through hiring, mentorship, and career development.
• Own the Model Library product end-to-end, from discovery and evaluation to APIs and integration tooling.
• Partner with product, ML, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, prioritize, and communicate progress.
• Maintain technical excellence via design and code reviews, architectural guidance.
• Drive product quality with success metrics, feedback loops, and reliable developer experience.
• Foster culture of written communication, design thinking, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineers building developer-facing products like APIs, SDKs, or tooling.
• Product intuition and technical judgment to balance speed, quality, and developer experience.
• Hands-on technical skills for reviewing designs, debugging, and guiding IC team.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in AI/ML model landscape; build domain knowledge (ML expertise not required).
• Experience with self-serve workflows.

Nice to have

• IC background in developer tooling, APIs, or ML infrastructure.
• Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, or frameworks.
• Familiarity with inference platforms, LLM runtimes, or model ecosystem.
