What you will do

• Lead a high-performing hirify.globalering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and extreme ownership.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle by pioneering AI-driven practices to accelerate quality and delivery.
• Optimize team velocity and productivity using agile methodologies and intelligent automation.
• Partner with product, data, and design teams to improve time-to-value, stickiness, and product adoption.
• Act as the bridge between hirify.globalering and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in hirify.globalering, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Technical proficiency in Node.js, Ruby on Rails, React, AWS (Lambda/Terraform), and Datadog.
• Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, hirify.globalering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
