TL;DR

Engineering Manager (HRTech): Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team to build and launch new products and customer-facing experiences with an accent on architecture scalability and system reliability. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub (San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago). Work from office 3+ days a week.

Salary: $233,000 - $274,000 USD

• Scale architecture and reduce technical debt to ensure sustainable growth.
• Nurture and grow team members and hire top talent to raise the team bar.
• Represent the team in planning and product meetings.
• Optimize engineering processes and policies to increase velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 8+ years of experience as an Engineer.
• Experience working on products at scale within highly regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency in TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of service architecture and system design.
• Must be able to work from the office 3+ days a week.
