Head of People Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
• Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
• Design and implement scalable people processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze people, performance, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide insights into organizational performance.
• Partner with leadership to improve team execution and embed company values into operations.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HR Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience designing performance management frameworks or OKR processes.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
