Account Manager (LATAM)

What you will do

• Drive exceptional relationships with new and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify business opportunities and actively seek new leads to expand the client base.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to secure new business and close contracts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven experience in Technology sales, specifically SaaS and Public Safety sales in Brazil.
• Must be based in Sao Paolo.
• Proven success selling to government entities (Public Sector) or agencies.
• Experience selling across international markets.
• Availability for at least 50% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in law enforcement or digital forensics.
