Location: Remote (US), but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
Salary: $36.01 - $50.02 per hour (approx. $5,761 - $8,003 per month)

What you will do
- Manage and expand customer accounts within .org across social services, healthcare, and humanitarian NGOs.
- Design technical solutions using ’s communications API platform tailored to specific nonprofit use cases.
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, closing deals, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support) to execute renewals and digital strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales data utilizing Salesforce CRM.
- Execute automation strategies to serve a high volume of customers while maintaining NPS and preventing churn.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales, marketing, or operations experience in technical SaaS/CPaaS space.
- Proven track record in technical solutions selling and closing deals.
- Demonstrated experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and financial details simply to both business and technical leaders.
- Deep personal interest in the social impact and nonprofit market.
- Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).
