What you will do

  • Partner strategically with Account Executives to define target markets, key accounts, and engagement strategies.
  • Generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via phone, email, and personalized communication.
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to salons, spas, and MedSpas (approx. 80% of the role).
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled discovery calls or product demos (approx. 20% of the role).
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, achieving targets including 250+ calls per week.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Meevo as a growth platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience.
  • Must be based in the United States (eligible for US-specific benefits like 401k).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to uncover client pain points.
  • Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a positive attitude toward rejection.

Nice to have

  • Experience or familiarity within the wellness, salon, spa, or MedSpa space.
  • Understanding of POS/EMR systems and membership-based operations.
