TL;DR

Acquisition Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue expansion and new logo acquisition for a tech skills platform with an accent on C-level engagement and strategic territory planning. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, leveraging value-selling methodologies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and net new logos.
  • Strategically engage C-level executives to align solutions with top business priorities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Leverage sales methodologies such as Solution-Selling, Challenger Sale, or Value Selling to accelerate deals.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, BDRs, and CSMs to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s/advanced degree.
  • Expertise in Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling, Challenger Sale, or Value Selling.
  • Proven experience managing a pipeline and closing commercial contracts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% depending on business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in a SaaS organization with multi-year contracts into the C-Suite.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
