What you will do
- Define and evolve full-funnel B2B paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
- Manage paid media budgets, including allocation, forecasting, and ROI reporting for leadership.
- Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs targeting healthcare verticals using intent data and firmographics.
- Lead content syndication programs through trade publications and B2B media partners to generate leads.
- Coordinate creative direction and briefs with internal teams for all paid and syndicated assets.
- Partner with web development for landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement (CRO).
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B paid media and performance marketing with full budget accountability.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display).
- 3+ years of SEM experience integrated with demand generation goals.
- Proven track record with content syndication programs, ideally within the healthcare or health tech sector.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Must be based in or able to work from the New York or Princeton offices.
