What you will do

• Develop event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
• Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including catering and security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) and external stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.
• Track budgets, process invoices, and analyze ROI metrics to improve future events.
• Act as the on-site host, welcoming guests and managing session transitions and announcements.
• Assist in the coordination of an office renovation project.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating corporate or consumer events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Hopin) and productivity tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events require.
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.
