Account Executive, SMB (AI): Driving adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with small and medium businesses across EMEA with an accent on consultative sales and technical acumen. Focus on executing scaled sales approaches, optimizing GTM strategies for the SMB segment, and collaborating with the partner ecosystem to accelerate deployment.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in the Dublin hub (Ireland)
Salary: €155,000–€205,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads through digital engagement and strategic outreach.
- Execute data-driven outbound campaigns to identify and capture high-potential accounts.
- Guide customers through evaluation and onboarding to ensure successful Claude deployment.
- Collaborate with SIs, regional resellers, and cloud alliances to unlock SMB opportunities.
- Experiment with new sales tactics and "Claudify" workflows to shape the SMB GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales closing experience in SMB or mid-market segments.
- Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or PLG companies.
- Experience using sales technology and automation to improve productivity.
- Ability to co-sell with channel, SI, and cloud partners.
- Must be based in the Dublin hub.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
