What you will do

• Own and manage new business leads for mid-market accounts (300-1,000 employees).
• Convert free trials, marketing-qualified leads, and demo requests into paid customers to exceed sales targets.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Identify customer segments and opportunities to improve overall pipeline quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in SaaS sales and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Expertise in managing the full sales cycle for mid-market customers.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and complete RFIs/RFQs with high attention to detail.
• Must have valid work authorization for Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• MEDDICC or MEDDPICC training.
• Experience selling project management or productivity software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, People.ai, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
