TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Small Business) (SaaS/AI): Drive pipeline, revenue growth, and renewals for EMEA small business customers with an accent on consultative selling, value-based strategies, and AI product fluency. Focus on multithreading accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and building long-term partnerships through data-driven forecasting and ROI analysis.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline and revenue by developing your book of business and outbound efforts in large accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewal lifecycle to ensure long-term customer partnerships.
  • Execute structured, data-driven sales process with accurate weekly forecasting.
  • Act as consultative partner using value selling, ROI analysis, and industry-specific advice across sales lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Engineers, CSMs, Product, and Marketing to close complex deals.
  • Master hirify.global product suite, especially AI capabilities, and connect to customer KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding workflows, metrics, and executive priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS closing role with quota attainment track record (CS, CX, CRM experience advantage).
  • Proven business development to generate and manage pipeline.
  • Strong business acumen, value-based selling, ROI articulation, negotiation.
  • Autonomous learning of AI/technical concepts and translation to business outcomes.
  • Cross-functional influence to manage projects and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication tailored to audiences.
  • Growth mindset with coachability and continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Value Selling, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC.
  • Familiarity selling AI-enabled products or automation tools.
  • Additional European languages.
