What you will do

• Translate global visual direction into clear, actionable in-store execution across multiple store formats.
• Serve as the primary in-market Visual Merchandising point of contact for a defined region, ensuring seasonal directives are met.
• Coach and develop store leadership through in-store visits and side-by-side execution to build sustained capability.
• Analyze store KPIs (traffic, conversion, sell-through) to prioritize visual actions and inform merchandising decisions.
• Support floorsets, new store openings, remodels, and special activations to elevate brand storytelling.
• Capture and share market insights and competitive trends with Global Home Office partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising execution and brand standards adherence.
• Experience in coaching, training, and capability-building for store leadership.
• Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset to prioritize work and drive results.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and flexibility to travel frequently.
• Experience using business reporting to identify opportunities and prioritize visual actions.
• Must be based in the US.
