What you will do

• Audit and optimize content on US retailer product detail pages, including assets, videos, and copy.
• Create, design, and resize high-quality digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Manage new item set-up forms and streamline content submissions across US retailers.
• Collaborate with global brand liaisons to ensure alignment and develop best practices.
• Translate performance metrics, trends, and competitive analysis into impactful leadership presentations.
• Analyze content performance and consumer sentiment through AB testing and digital shelf analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience with beauty or prestige brands.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or user experience.
• Familiarity with retailer PDP requirements and digital asset specifications.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support hybrid work requirements.
