What you will do
- Develop and execute U.S. events strategy aligned with business priorities and global best practices.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, including venue sourcing and technical production.
- Coordinate event delivery components including budgets, timelines, vendors, guest experiences, and speaker management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create event narratives, agendas, and branding materials.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to manage approvals and feedback cycles.
- Analyze post-event performance metrics and attendee feedback to optimize future events.
Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% depending on the event calendar.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong editorial judgment and project management skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York or Chicago.
Nice to have
- Proven experience with B2B marketing events or executive-level experiences.
- Familiarity with event technology platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Experience with budget tracking and vendor management.
