What you will do

• Design push notifications and in-app communication strategies, acting as product owner for the app CRM tool.
• Enable marketing teams in executing campaigns and handle complex, cross-market use cases hands-on.
• Act as the central technical and strategic interface between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Collaborate on mobile CRM technical topics including event tracking, data structures, consent logic, and SDK updates.
• Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions.
• Own reporting and KPI frameworks for delivery, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in app CRM, ideally within e-commerce or a digital agency.
• Strong proficiency with push and in-app platforms such as CleverTap, Leanplum, Braze, or Airship.
• Technical understanding of mobile apps, including user properties and data flows between backend and CRM systems.
• Solid analytical skills and confidence with KPIs, dashboards, and reports (SQL, GA4/Firebase, or Looker is a plus).
• Fluent English and at least B1 level in German.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin.
