Marketing Operations Manager (Martech/AI): Managing the operational backbone of a global marketing team with an accent on HubSpot/CRM integration and AI-driven productivity workflows. Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany. Full visa and relocation support provided for international candidates.

What you will do

  • Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end and its integration with Dynamics 365, managing lifecycles, scoring, and reporting.
  • Architect the lead-to-revenue lifecycle across programmatic SMB and ABX Enterprise motions.
  • Manage the marketing website as a revenue surface, overseeing SEO, GEO health, and CRO experiments.
  • Implement AI-assisted translation and localization workflows using Claude AI and DeepL.
  • Build a marketing analytics layer in Power BI for funnel, channel, and account engagement tracking.
  • Oversee database governance, GDPR compliance, and the procurement/management of the Martech stack.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Revenue, or Growth Operations within B2B tech.
  • Expert-level, hands-on HubSpot ownership and experience integrating it with a CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling and DAX basics.
  • Practical experience shipping use cases with Claude AI or similar LLM tooling.
  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Knowledge of SQL or modern data stacks (dbt, Hightouch, Census).
  • Light scripting (Python, JavaScript) and no-code automation (Zapier, Make.com).
  • Background in AEC, geospatial, manufacturing, or industrial IoT.
