Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, U.S. based. This position may require 5-10% travel. All team members will be required to pass a background check.

Salary: $140,000-$160,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical product areas with significant business impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform product strategy.
• Translate complex problems into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories; prioritize backlog balancing customer needs, feasibility, and outcomes.
• Establish success metrics, track performance, and use data to iterate and drive adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer in leadership discussions and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated success managing full product lifecycles and cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep experience with healthcare data/products (clinical data, claims, EHRs, HL7, FHIR) and understanding of healthcare industry, payers, providers, CBOs, regulations (HIPAA, interoperability).
• Strong background in interoperability standards (FHIR, USCDI, Gravity), API-first platforms, and scaling workflow-driven platforms (intake, referrals, care planning).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience in agile environments.
• Track record of mentoring product managers and contributing to product management best practices.
