What you will do

• Own roadmap for consents, intake forms, and surveys grounded in customer needs, data, and strategy
• Shape digital patient contributions to care, reducing friction for patients and practitioners
• Deliver AI-powered intake experiences, evaluating value, owning end-to-end delivery, and defining success metrics
• Establish AI guardrails including fallback behaviors and human-in-the-loop for trustworthiness
• Champion AI usage in product and team workflows to accelerate discovery and automate tasks
• Drive consistent shipping through iterative work, betas, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in complex, workflow-heavy areas
• Experience delivering AI-powered product from concept to launch, including evaluation and reliability
• Track record owning team roadmaps connected to broader strategy
• Ability to evaluate AI vs non-AI tradeoffs and articulate reasoning
• Strong collaboration across design, engineering, data, support, and marketing
• Strong product sense with customer talks, data-driven decisions, and experiment experience
