What you will do

  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with mission, growth goals, and regulations across the medical user journey.
  • Lead cross-functional development from discovery to launch, balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Optimize growth levers including conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value using data and insights.
  • Partner with medical, operations, and external partners to support safe, effective care delivery.
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs focused on patient experience and business performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on roadmaps and trade-offs as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, digital health, health tech, or consumer-facing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-guided prioritization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Clear communicator able to influence stakeholders and align teams.
  • Working knowledge of Agile practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital health, D2C healthcare, or ecommerce.
  • Exposure to regulated environments or clinical/pharmacy teams.
  • Technical fluency for engineering collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AI or data-driven features in healthcare.
