Australia - Remote

Base pay: $150,000 - $175,000 AUD

What you will do

• Manage roadmaps for A&S customers, identifying new capabilities and optimizations.
• Build client relationships by offering, educating, and delivering hirify.global solutions.
• Run product discovery, compile requirements, and define strategic solutions with engineering feedback.
• Serve as platform expert, evangelizing value to stakeholders and prioritizing backlogs.
• Monitor application performance and client metrics to exceed goals.
• Partner with Account Management as primary product contact for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Digital Healthcare experience (Payer market preferred)
• Exceptional client management skills for clear communication and relationship building
• Expert at balancing client requests with organizational goals and feature solutioning
• Experience with large engineering teams, platform implementations, and Agile
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and passion for Generative AI
• AI fluency: use AI tools daily for productivity, apply judgment, and drive adoption
