What you will do

  • Prospect ideal target personas by making 50+ outbound calls per day and managing email touchpoints.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed quotas for the Account Executive team.
  • Build prospect lists and maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global's AI product suite.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop vertical-specific prospecting strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Implement sales methodologies such as SPICED and BANT to qualify leads.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Austin, US
  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence.
  • Proven ability to be efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, motivation, and resourcefulness.
