What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy for a major domain, aligning AI and data investments with business outcomes.
• Lead integration strategy for the NavigateOne platform, architecting shared case workflows and unified reporting.
• Accountable for domain P&L, including ARR growth, retention, NPS, and margin contribution.
• Orchestrate alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to drive successful launches and pricing decisions.
• Mentor and coach other product managers to raise the standard for product craft and strategic thinking.
• Engage with district superintendents and state agency stakeholders to validate roadmap direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (based on location and core business hours).
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning a multi-product SaaS domain.
• Proven track record of leading product strategy across multi-product ecosystems with shared data models and APIs.
• History of owning measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention) at scale.
• Working fluency in privacy, data governance, and ethical AI considerations in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
