What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business growth ambitions.
• Embed AI and automation across the product portfolio to remove operational friction and create defensible value.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback and data insights to guide product decisions.
• Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
• Partner with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth, retention, and shape product pricing.
• Lead and mentor the product management function, acting as the senior product voice at the executive and board level.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (CPO, Head of Product, or Product Director).
• Strong track record of delivering successful B2B software or technology-enabled services.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and advanced data capabilities to improve customer outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be based in the UK.

• Background in SaaS, EdTech, and/or payments.
• Experience in regulated, professional services, or compliance-driven environments.
