What you will do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business growth ambitions.
- Embed AI and automation across the product portfolio to remove operational friction and create defensible value.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback and data insights to guide product decisions.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth, retention, and shape product pricing.
- Lead and mentor the product management function, acting as the senior product voice at the executive and board level.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (CPO, Head of Product, or Product Director).
- Strong track record of delivering successful B2B software or technology-enabled services.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and advanced data capabilities to improve customer outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, and/or payments.
- Experience in regulated, professional services, or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience scaling products and teams within a growth-focused business.
