TL;DR

Senior Technical Product Manager (Identity Management): Lead delivery of the Identity Management foundation for hirify.global’s digital assessment platform with an accent on secure authentication, scalability, and resilience. Focus on defining technical roadmaps, driving iterative development through pilots and proofs-of-concept, and bridging business priorities with engineering execution.

Location: Remote (USA), aligned to core EST hours. Candidates near CB offices have hybrid option (Tuesday and Wednesday in office). Authorization to work in the United States required. Occasional travel to offices 5–7 times a year.

Salary: $120,000 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Define and prioritize technical roadmap for Identity Management, focusing on usability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Identify modernization opportunities, automate workflows, and introduce modular capabilities for future innovation.
  • Drive iterative product development through experiments, pilots, proofs-of-concept, and clear success criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality capabilities.
  • Communicate progress, impact, and documentation to build trust and enable platform evolution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years product management experience leading SaaS enterprise platforms.
  • Deep understanding of secure, large-scale systems; technical fluency in back-end, APIs, data integrations, platform architecture.
  • Experience in identity management and authentication protocols preferred; assessments/edtech a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through discovery, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills; familiarity with AI tools preferred.
  • US work authorization; ability to travel 5–7 times/year.

  • Experience in assessments or educational technology.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, or data workflows.
