What you will do

• Establish the strategic vision and roadmap for curriculum products to achieve business goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and specification to launch, adoption, and performance.
• Conduct customer research and engagement activities to gather feedback and determine product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement innovative strategies for revenue growth and market penetration.
• Develop and execute engagement tactics such as loyalty and referral programs to enhance user retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of the K-12 education market.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Productboard.
• Must be based in the United States (50 states or Washington, D.C.).

Nice to have

• Prior experience developing education technology (EdTech) products.
• Experience developing data products and working with AI services and architecture frameworks.
