What you will do

• Lead all phases of security systems projects: design, bid management, installation oversight, testing, and commissioning for new builds and upgrades.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Design and review security layouts (CCTV, access control, intrusion, intercom) per standards.
• Evaluate vendor bids, select contractors, and oversee installation for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with Workplace, AV, IT, Security Operations, and integrators.
• Track performance, manage changes, maintain documentation, and ensure client handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in enterprise security systems deployments and construction projects.
• 5+ years managing vendors, including oversight, QA, commissioning, and close-out.
• Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control (cloud-based preferred).
• Strong project management skills for concurrent deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication to influence teams at technical and executive levels.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related; PMP/CISSP preferred.
