What you will do

• Lead time-boxed deployment engagements focusing on Data Protection from kickoff through handoff.
• Conduct on-site workshops with customer IT, security, and data governance teams to define policy requirements.
• Collaborate on configurations for DLP, web filtering, AI protection, and endpoint policy management.
• Design and document the hirify.global Deployment Framework and build a library of reusable deployment artifacts.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive platform improvements based on customer feedback.
• Communicate adoption metrics and blockers to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in implementation consulting, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience deploying Data Protection and Data Governance in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in DLP, zero trust, and endpoint policy management.
• Strong foundation in enterprise identity (Entra ID, Okta), SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
• Understanding of AI and experience using AI to modernize data protection.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30–60% for on-site customer engagements.
