What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Design and refine access request, approval, and exception workflows based on least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles.
• Configure and maintain identity governance workflows in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Okta.
• Lead investigations into access anomalies and orphaned accounts, driving remediation with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, preparing evidence for control design.
• Author process documentation and mentor junior analysts on governance tooling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in identity governance, IAM, IT security, or compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta or similar IdP implementations.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Octopus, or Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SoD, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Proven track record of working with auditors to support control testing.
• Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or Dominican Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy Microsoft Active Directory.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC 1 & 2, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• General working knowledge of AI tools like Copilot or Claude.
• Certifications including Security+, SC-300, CIGA, or CISA.
