What you will do

• Lead ownership of identity and privileged security policies, standards, and architecture patterns.
• Implement and maintain identity lifecycle workflows and governance processes using SailPoint.
• Develop and maintain privileged access controls and lifecycle processes.
• Engineer continuous improvements to identity security controls and IAM lifecycle processes through automation.
• Deliver identity posture monitoring and provide specialist support for identity-related security incidents.
• Collaborate with application and platform teams to embed secure-by-design identity patterns including RBAC and least privilege.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years in identity management or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Entra in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience designing and governing identity lifecycle processes using an IGA platform.
• Experience implementing privileged access management controls.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles including zero trust, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Ability to define and document secure identity architecture patterns and standards.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or Microsoft identity credentials.
• Scripting and automation exposure, particularly PowerShell.
• Experience with identity threat detection and integration with SOC monitoring.
• Engineering experience with platforms like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Defender for Identity.
