TL;DR

Location: Remote for individuals residing in the Continental United States (approximately 25% travel to client locations required)

What you will do

• Lead large security engagements and conduct architecture discussions to identify hardening risks and technology remediation.
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical recommendations tailored to each customer to remediate risks and compliance gaps.
• Perform security architecture and controls assessments based on frameworks such as CIS 18, NIST 800-53, and NIST CSF.
• Collaborate with other Cyber Architects, Offensive Security, and Information Security Governance teams.
• Manage multiple clients and cyber engagements in parallel while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Continental United States.
• 6-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge in at least two areas: Cloud Security, Security Controls (Firewalls, SIEM, VPN), or Identity Security (IAM, PAM).
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles and network segmentation strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience securing AI/ML systems, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
• Practical experience with Linux, containers, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as PCI, HIPAA, SOX, or NERC CIP.
• Proficiency in documentation using Visio or Lucidchart.
