TL;DR

Cybersecurity IAM Analyst: Administering and managing identity and access management solutions to ensure the security of digital assets with an accent on IAM tool administration, policy enforcement, and compliance. Focus on onboarding applications to governance programs, resolving operational issues, and implementing MFA, SSO, and RBAC solutions.

Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid (3 days/week on-site) at any UL office, or remote if not located near a local office.

Salary: $90,000–$98,000 plus 10% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Administer identity solutions and tools including Active Directory, Saviynt, and other IAM applications.
• Lead application onboarding workstreams for the Identity Governance and Administration program.
• Collaborate on implementing MFA, SSO, and RBAC solutions to secure organizational resources.
• Participate in audits and process reviews to identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and track IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to communicate performance to management.
• Resolve day-to-day operational IAM issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline.
• Experience with IAM tools such as Azure AD, Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Specific certifications in IAM technologies.
