What you will do

• Build and operationalize the M&A and Integration function by developing structured processes and playbooks.
• Maintain and manage organized SharePoint sites and other collaboration mechanisms for project transparency.
• Drive a regular meeting hirify.global to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment on deals.
• Manage detailed integration plans to track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into integration progress and key metrics.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in the M&A practice, with a focus on leveraging AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in project/program management, PMO, or a related operations role.
• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools and digitization.
• Interest and basic proficiency in applying AI to drive business efficiencies.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• PMP or related professional certifications.
• Experience with Tableau, SmartSheet, or Jira.
