What you will do

• Execute project assignments within timeframes and quality standards, driving teams to meet deliverables.
• Facilitate technical discussions across architects, developers, and business partners.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, burn rates, and risk identification.
• Maintain project documentation like Charters, Status Reports, RACI matrices, and RAID logs.
• Lead meetings, capture actionable outcomes, and drive rigorous follow-up.
• Use PPM tools and Azure DevOps for governance, backlog tracking, and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional experience in Healthcare/IT.
• 2+ years relevant IT/Healthcare IT experience, including Application Development projects in regulated environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills for technical and executive audiences.
• High tolerance for structured reporting and documentation.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certification.
• Cybersecurity domain experience.
• Prior Business Analyst background.
• Familiarity with PPM tools, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
