What you will do

  • Oversee the full claims lifecycle, including creation, assignment, and SOP adherence.
  • Mentor and coach adjusters through one-on-ones and training to meet client KPIs.
  • Manage HR tasks, disciplinary actions, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Analyze team performance and deliver detailed reports to leadership.
  • Perform quality audits and call assessments to identify trends and training opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and client escalations to ensure full resolution.

Requirements

  • Current leadership experience in total loss settlements with an insurance carrier.
  • 2-5 years of Auto Total Loss Settlement experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • 1+ year of proven team leadership results.
  • Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Mitchell, CCC One, or Audatex.
  • Strong understanding of UPD estimates, total loss classification, and fraud detection.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
