What you will do

• Develop and deliver the long-term property strategy for the organization.
• Manage a portfolio of over 50 industrial sites totaling more than one million square feet across the UK.
• Oversee asset management, leasing, business rates, utilities, and property legal matters.
• Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including energy efficiency standards, across the estate.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, local councils, suppliers, and Aviva Group functions.
• Lead and develop team members while supporting wider departmental capability growth.

Requirements

• Professional expertise in asset management and capital programmes.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including energy efficiency standards.
• MRICS qualification with post-qualification experience.
• Management qualification or evidence of significant leadership development.
• Strategic thinking capability to plan 1–10 years ahead.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
